Your Key Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator to manage and maintain our server and network infrastructure, which includes both web servers and servers for internal needs. In this role, you will oversee approximately 150 virtual machines running services like GitLab, internal tools, LDAP, and production servers (e.g., freelance.cz, freelance.de, berater.de).

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain over 150 virtual machines and server infrastructure.
• Ensure the security of servers and systems through regular updates and monitoring.
• Configure and manage network services (firewalls, DNS, VPN).
• Diagnose and resolve network and server issues.
• Optimize system performance and security across various platforms.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement and support new and existing applications.

What Experience Should You Have?

• Proven experience with Nginx, KVM/Proxmox, Debian, and VM.
• Ability to independently solve technical problems and communicate effectively with the team.
• Proficient in English at a communicative level.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Experience with cloud technologies and containerization is a plus.
