Your Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the vision and strategy for the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), operations, and security.
• Mentor and coach your team, enhancing their skills and competencies through personalized development plans.
• Oversee the SDLC, managing CI/CD pipelines and promoting efficient development methodologies.
• Ensure reliable platform operations and maintain high operational quality standards.
• Standardize workflows, promote automation, and enforce code quality.
• Handle incident and release management while integrating DevSecOps practices.
• Manage technical integrations of the Web Platform with other systems.

What We Expect From You:

• You must hold a valid work permit as per Czech labor law.
• Bachelor or University Degree in IT, Business administration, or relevant fields.
• Proficiency with tools like Bitbucket, JIRA, Jenkins, Docker, Nexus, SonarCloud, and Agile CI/CD methodologies.
• Experience with Kanban and Agile methods, as well as governing life-cycle processes.
• Effective communication skills and a knack for solving complex challenges.
• Commitment to interaction, innovation, and proactive ownership.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ITIL certification.
• Proven experience in leading a team.
• Direct experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
