Your Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Benefits: Oversee and ensure compliance of benefit plans in Europe.
• Program Implementation: Develop, implement, and manage benefits with vendors and internal teams.
• Compliance & Cost Management: Ensure regulatory compliance and manage program costs effectively.
• Support Teams: Provide expert advice to HR, Employee Relations, and Payroll on benefits-related queries.
• Communication: Promote benefits programs and contribute to their improvement.
• Vendor Management: Monitor vendor performance and resolve any arising issues.

What We’re Looking For:

• 🎓 Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HR, or a related field.
• 🌍 Experience with multi-country benefits programs.
• 🛠️ Knowledge of benefit design and administration.
• 📊 Strong project management skills.
• 🗣️ Fluency in English and Polish.
• 💬 Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• 🔄 Experience with vendor management.
• ✈️ Willingness to travel occasionally.

Employment Details:

This position is a contract for a defined period with the possibility of prolongation based on performance and business needs. We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible.
