What You'll Do

  • Engage with internal online systems to assist the HR team in various processes.
  • Address, analyze, and resolve employee and manager queries efficiently via email, phone, and chat.
  • Support and enhance the employee onboarding process.
  • Contribute towards creating impactful training materials.
  • Take part in interesting internal projects that broaden your skill set.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Economy, Administration, HR, or Customer Care.
  • Proficiency in both English and French languages.
  • Prior experience in HR operations is a plus.
  • Excel at communication and problem-solving with a strong orientation towards process documentation.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel with additional experience in systems like Workday, SAP, Oracle, or ServiceNow considered advantageous.
  • Additional language skills are a great benefit to your application.
