What You'll Do
- Engage with internal online systems to assist the HR team in various processes.
- Address, analyze, and resolve employee and manager queries efficiently via email, phone, and chat.
- Support and enhance the employee onboarding process.
- Contribute towards creating impactful training materials.
- Take part in interesting internal projects that broaden your skill set.
What You Need to Succeed
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Economy, Administration, HR, or Customer Care.
- Proficiency in both English and French languages.
- Prior experience in HR operations is a plus.
- Excel at communication and problem-solving with a strong orientation towards process documentation.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel with additional experience in systems like Workday, SAP, Oracle, or ServiceNow considered advantageous.
- Additional language skills are a great benefit to your application.
