Your Key Responsibilities

• Utilize internal online systems to support the HR team efficiently.
• Assist in HR processes and provide employee onboarding support.
• Address, analyze, and resolve employee and manager queries via email, phone, and chat.
• Participate in the creation and management of training materials.
• Engage in other exciting internal projects, expanding your HR expertise.

What We’re Looking For

Mandatory Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Economy, Administration, HR, or Customer Care.
• Proficiency in English and French is essential.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and experience with systems like Workday, SAP, Oracle, or ServiceNow.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and process-oriented skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HR operations.
• Process documentation experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
