Your Role
- Manage internal online systems and assist the HR team with various processes.
- Communicate with employees and managers through email, phone, and chat to address and resolve their queries.
- Support the employee onboarding process and participate in creating training materials.
- Engage in other exciting internal projects that contribute to our dynamic HR operations.
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Economics, Administration, HR, or Customer Care.
- Proficiency in English and French is a must.
- Previous experience in HR operations is advantageous.
- Demonstrates strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Process-oriented with experience in process documentation.
- Advanced level of MS Excel; experience with systems like Workday, SAP, Oracle, or ServiceNow is a plus.
- Knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
