Your Key Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefits and harmonize labor contracts
- Ensure all HR processes align with French Law, including policies for car, travel, and salary structure
- Oversee Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual social declarations (taxes, insurance)
- Maintain and manage HR administration and Workday tools
- Organize medical visits and manage the car fleet
- Translate HR documents into French
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of HR Administration experience in an international company
- Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written)
- Deep understanding of French labor law
- Proficient in MS Office; SAP HCM knowledge is preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Adaptability to change and a proactive approach
