Join Our Dynamic HR Team!

Are you fluent in both English and German with a keen interest in Human Resources? Do you thrive in engaging with people and have prior experience in customer service or a similar field? If so, this opportunity might be perfect for you!

What You'll Do:

  • Leverage various internal online systems to support HR functions
  • Assist the HR team with diverse processes
  • Provide comprehensive support to employees and managers by addressing, analyzing, and resolving queries via email, phone, and chat
  • Facilitate a seamless employee onboarding process
  • Contribute to the development of training materials
  • Engage in exciting internal projects

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in Economy, Administration, HR, or Customer Care
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Experience in HR operations is a plus
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Process-oriented with experience in process documentation
  • Advanced MS Excel skills; familiarity with systems like Workday, SAP, Oracle, or ServiceNow is advantageous
  • Additional language skills are highly valued
