🎓 Qualifications We're Looking For:
Mandatory:
- 2+ years of experience in Economy, Administration, HR, or Customer Care fields.
- Proficiency in English and German.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and process-oriented thinking.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in HR operations.
- Experience with systems like Workday, SAP, Oracle, and ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of additional languages.
