Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage benefits including adjudication and enrollment/withdrawals.
- Maintain and verify data in our internal systems.
- Support payroll preparation and address employee and management inquiries.
- Confidently handle confidential information.
- Prepare vendor reports effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and German (B2 level).
- Previous experience in administration or customer service.
- Detail-oriented with a solid command of MS Excel and Word.
- HR or Payroll experience is a plus.
- Able to thrive in an international team setting.
About the Position:
This is a full-time position on a 1-year contract basis with the possibility of extension. We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible at our Prague 8 location.
