What You'll Do
- Manage employee benefits including enrollment and withdrawal
- Ensure accurate data input and control within our internal system
- Support payroll preparation activities
- Respond to inquiries from employees, managers, and the HR team with clarity and professionalism
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and care
- Prepare vendor reports

What We're Looking For
- Fluency in English and Polish
- Proven administrative or customer service experience
