Are you an experienced HR Team Leader with strong leadership skills and expertise in HR operations? Our client, an SSC in Prague, is looking for a dynamic individual to lead a French team of about seven members to drive HR initiatives and improve processes. 🌟
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR Operations team, offering guidance and development opportunities.
- Oversee daily HR operations such as employee onboarding, offboarding, rewards, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Provide input for performance management and reward systems.
- Support the team in handling non-standard situations.
- Work with the budget to enhance HR functions.
Requirements:
- Experience in HR, preferably in an international setting.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Proven experience in team management.
- Knowledge of technical and operational HR practices.
- Experience with HR information systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
