Our client, an SSC located in Prague, is seeking an HR Team Leader to lead and develop a French team of about seven members, contributing to the improvement of HR procedures and processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR Operations team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, rewards, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Provide input for performance management and rewarding subordinates.
- Support the team in dealing with non-standard situations.
- Work with the budget.
Requirements:
- Experience in HR, preferably in an international setting in a similar position.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Experience in team management is a MUST.
- Knowledge of technical/operational HR practices.
- Advanced level proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of HR information systems is an advantage.
