Your Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee HR and compensation & benefits processes efficiently.
• Collaborate on and implement HR programs tailored for international success.
• Manage projects for standardizing HR processes and benefits enhancements.
• Address employee and management queries with proactive communication.
• Conduct comprehensive HR data audits for accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with HR Business Partners on compensation optimization projects.
• Deliver training to empower our HR community.
• Ensure the smooth implementation of collective bargaining agreement changes.
• Coordinate mobility programs across international borders.
• Collaborate and support the HR delivery team for seamless operations.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in HR, ideally in an international context.
• Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Polish, Dutch, and English.
• HR Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Orientation towards Compensation and Benefits and familiarity with HR information systems are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
