Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR and compensation & benefits processes efficiently.
- Collaborate on and implement HR programs tailored for international success.
- Manage projects for standardizing HR processes and benefits enhancements.
- Address employee and management queries with proactive communication.
- Conduct comprehensive HR data audits for accuracy and compliance.
- Partner with HR Business Partners on compensation optimization projects.
- Deliver training to empower our HR community.
- Ensure the smooth implementation of collective bargaining agreement changes.
- Coordinate mobility programs across international borders.
- Collaborate and support the HR delivery team for seamless operations.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in HR, ideally in an international context.
- Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Polish, Dutch, and English.
- HR Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Orientation towards Compensation and Benefits and familiarity with HR information systems are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
