Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources and a knack for navigating fast-paced international environments? Our client is looking for a dynamic Senior HR Specialist fluent in both English and French to elevate their HR processes and programs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage HR and compensation & benefits processes
- Collaborate on the implementation of HR programs
- Oversee HR projects, such as the standardization of HR processes and benefits
- Communicate with employees and managers to address, analyze, and resolve queries
- Conduct HR data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) on compensation projects
- Provide training to the HR community
- Support the proper implementation of changes to collective bargaining agreements
- Support and coordinate mobility programs
- Work closely with and support the HR Delivery team
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in an international setting
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, especially MS Excel
- Fluent in English and French
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations
- Compensation & Benefits orientation and knowledge of HR information systems are an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
