Your daily IT support responsibilities:
- Responding to hardware, software, and network-related inquiries
- Configuring, upgrading, and maintaining systems and applications
- Processing global and local service and hardware change tickets
- Participating in project management according to ITIL or SCRUM methodologies
- Contributing to IT Security projects
- Managing Wi-Fi connection issues, LAN, and WAN
- Overseeing IT inventory and maintenance for new employees
- Assisting fellow employees/users with app installations
- Identifying and documenting technical issues
- Creating and contributing to manuals
- Striving for the best customer feedback
Requirements:
- Advanced level of spoken and written English (B2+/C1)
- Proficiency in Czech/Slovak (B2+/C1)
- At least 3 years of experience with L1 and L2 Onsite support (management of HW and SW)
- Experience using tools similar to Active Directory (ID and user administration)
- Experience in onsite support (installations, PCs, laptops, mobile devices)
- ITIL experience or certification
