Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement strategic goals for our web platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and tech roadmaps.
• Lead and inspire a diverse team, including product owners and technical specialists, to fulfill platform objectives.
• Oversee platform development and incubation of innovative, scalable, and secure solutions.
• Act as the central point of collaboration between departments, aligning platform priorities with overarching business goals.
• Manage platform budgeting, resources, and timelines to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure high-quality outcomes from external partners managing platform operations and support.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards, regulations, and security protocols.

What We Expect from You:

• Experience in roles like DevOps Manager or Web Platform Manager.
• A valid work permit under Czech labor law.
• Extensive knowledge of web architectures and modern web technologies.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AEM, Azure, AWS) is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic and analytical thinking capabilities.
• ITIL certification is a plus.
