Join Our Dynamic IT Team as a SOC & CyberSecurity Manager!

Are you ready to lead and innovate in the field of cybersecurity? Grafton is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic SOC & CyberSecurity Manager to join our internal IT team. Your expertise will drive the development and management of security SIEM systems, and you will play a pivotal role in shaping our security strategies.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a talented team of 8 security specialists, including SOC analysts, Security Operators, and Security Specialists.
• Develop and implement security strategies and SOC processes tailored to our needs.
• Manage and participate in the evolution of SIEM systems with a focus on vulnerability management, incident responding, and XDR/EDR systems, primarily using Microsoft tools.
• Empower your team with your knowledge and experience, fostering a people-oriented environment.
• Collaborate with system suppliers and handle security reports and vulnerabilities.
• Leverage your knowledge across technical and operational areas, including legal aspects and security frameworks.

🛠️ Mandatory Requirements:

• Relevant technical education in IT, Security, or Cybernetics is an advantage.
• 3+ years of experience in IT Security/Cyber Security/SOC roles.
• Proven experience in team leadership.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and experience working with legal departments.
• Knowledge of SIEM systems, ideally Microsoft (MS Sentinel).
• Experience with various security tools across SIEM/XDR/EDR is an advantage (Sentinel, Arcight, Qualys, Splunk, Trellix, Rapid7, etc.).
