We are looking for a dedicated Functional Specialist to contribute to analysis and development of our products in the agile working environment.

YOUR RENSPOBILITIES:

• Analyze the functional requirements of the software systems, processes, and procedures
• Develop functional specifications, user stories, and use cases
• Design and document system processes and workflows
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams
• Perform analysis of existing systems to identify areas for improvement
• Test system performance and troubleshoot any issues
• Develop test plans, scripts, and procedures
• Provide user training and technical support

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• 2+ years of experience with analysis in software development
• Experience working with software systems and databases
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle
• Experience with programming languages or database systems is a plus
• Proficiency in English
