🌍 Remote Software Architect (DXP AEM Platform Architect)

Project size: 30+ people

We have several build teams who contribute to a single release which is done monthly (each team is responsible for a different components).

Project description: Our department is working around a product call DXP (DHL Experience Platform), which covers of several core DHL websites (mainly dhl.com). These websites are critical access point to DHL, they are used for information hubs, marketing and sales initiatives.

General Tech. stack used in the project:  JAVA, Javascript, Maven, React, Ansible, Terraform, AKS, Azure, Docker, Python etc., CMS: Adobe Experience Manager (on prem 6.5), CDN: Akamai.

AEM Platform architect who would set the architectural runway for our product (DHL Experience Platform). Focus on the entire platform, from releases to overall roadmap (potential migration to AEM Cloud). Close cooperation with other business stakeholders (functional and non-functional requirements), architects and build teams (code reviews, setting up best practices, code guidelines).

Requirements:

Must-have:

• Hands-on experience with Enterprise Architecture and design patterns.
• Proficiency with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ideally version 6.5 (on-prem).
• Ability to lead discussions and make decisions regarding architecture, design, development, and operations.
• Strong expertise in Java and related tools and workflows (e.g., JDK, Maven/Ant).

Nice-to-have:

• Knowledge of frontend/UX engineering.
• Experience with infrastructure tools and technologies (e.g., Azure, AKS, Terraform). 
• Familiarity with testing processes.
