Scrum Master

ABOUT POSITION:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate and support the development team working on a planning and forecasting system for a leading American telecommunications company. This platform enables wireless infrastructure planning in the US, playing a critical role in delivering high-quality services to the client’s customers.

As the Scrum Master, you will play a key role in guiding the team through the Agile process, ensuring a smooth handover, and fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement, with a focus on SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development projects, ideally involving complex systems or data-driven applications.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile frameworks, specifically SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). Certification in SAFe is a plus.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
• Willingness to travel to Brno (once a month) for team-building and alignment activities.
