About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master for a key project in market and liquidity risk management. You will be central to developing an application promoting fair and transparent trading, crucial for regulation and ethical business practices.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor the development team in agile principles.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and other stakeholders to prioritize the backlog and ensure effective communication.
• Identify and remove impediments to enhance team efficiency.
• Support improvements in delivery speed, quality, and predictability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.

Required Experience and Skills

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an agile environment.
• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and other agile frameworks.
• Experience in the financial sector, preferably in risk management.
• Ability to establish agile processes in teams with limited agile experience.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is a plus.
