Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on the conception and technical implementation of user stories in conjunction with the product design team.
• Develop features across the full tech stack, including JavaScript frontend (React), Java/Spring Boot backend, and Python/Pandas data pipelines.
• Contribute as a hands-on developer, owning features from conception through deployment.
• Drive architectural decisions, ensuring testability, extensibility, and performance.
• Coach junior team members and participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Mandatory:
• Experience with JavaScript, React, Java/Spring Boot, and MS SQL Server.
• Proven ability to translate user stories and Figma designs into technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, particularly Azure.
• Excellent documentation skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Preferred:
• Experience in data transformation and API design.
• Previous experience coaching team members and improving code quality.
