Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead as a senior member of the Linux Engineering team.
• Guide architecture choices and technology selection.
• Coordinate and support the work of team members.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of Linux OS components and installers.
• Adapt the Linux OS to new hardware components both developed internally and from commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions.
• Enhance product flexibility, maintainability, stability, and security.

What We Are Looking For:

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of Debian (Ubuntu) based Linux systems.
• Proficient in creating, installing, and maintaining Debian packages.
• Strong knowledge of scripting in Bash and Python.
• 3+ years experience as a Linux system administrator or similar role.
• Expertise in networking (IPv4, IPv6) and Linux File Systems (BTRFS, LVM).
• Competency in using Ansible.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with PXE boot.
• Familiarity with LUKS disk encryption.
• Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD processes, particularly GitLab CI.
