As Infrastructure Security Engineer you will help us to enhance our security posture. We strive to go beyond identifying security vulnerabilities and flaws, but also proactively introduce necessary tools, processes, and automation to ensure a secure environment.
You will work with and drive service providers to create and modify configurations that leverage latest capabilities and provide safe and reliable operations in both Cloud and On-premises.
- Execution of infrastructure projects which form part of the IT security strategy and roadmap ensuring security controls by design.
- In collaboration with InfoSec team, enforce secure configuration of new and existing assets, design and implement mitigating controls as required.
- Responsible for maintaining, running, and monitoring IT infrastructure-related security systems and processes.
- Support IT Infrastructure Security services and identify areas for potential improvements
- Define and propose to the InfoSec team effective vulnerability remediation measures on both procedural and technology layers (e.g. system hardening, patching, lifecycle management)
- Lead and report the overall execution of vulnerability remediation actions and plans
- Responsible for Incident Response related to security issues in IT infrastructure
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of security configurations, and procedures for all IT Infrastructure systems.
- In collaboration with InfoSec and other teams, develop and maintain plans to ensure that critical infrastructure and systems can be recovered in the event of a disaster or major security incident.
- With cooperation with the InfoSec team, continuously assess and enhance the security posture of the IT infrastructure and adapt to evolving threats and technologies.
- Perform periodic reviews of the infrastructure based on Security policies and procedures in the IT Infrastructure team and report results to the InfoSec team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Motivation to own, manage and deploy Infrastructure Security solutions
- Have at least 5 years of relevant Infrastructure Security experience
- Hands-on experience working with security products such as SIEM, Application Security Management, Sensitive Data Scanners, Security Management
- Experience to manage Security cross-functional
- Projects Experience with AWS and Active Directory is must
- Experience troubleshooting complex issues
- Experience working and manage external partners
- Have a good knowledge of encryption and tunneling protocols (PKI, IPSec, SSL VPN, TLS, IKE etc)
- Prague - Remote with occasional office visits once or twice a month
