Your Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle technical tickets and calls.
- Execute 1st level IT support to resolve end-user issues.
- Collaborate with Business Units to ensure timely service delivery.
Your Qualifications
- Languages: Fluency in English and one or more of the following: Spanish, Portuguese, Danish, Swedish, Italian, French, Dutch.
- Technical Skills: Basic IT knowledge including Windows, Office applications, and Azure Active Directory.
- Customer Interaction: Stellar communication and customer service abilities.
Work Conditions
- Shifts: Regular hours from 08:00-17:00 or 09:00-18:00.
