Your Role:

Work within an agile team of 3-5 engineers, focusing on single-project execution. Your responsibilities will include:

• Researching and evaluating solutions to complex ML challenges.
• Assisting data engineers in developing production-ready AI products.
• Applying academic research to practical, real-world situations.
• Keeping up with the latest AI trends and breakthroughs.
• Tackling ambiguous or open-ended problems with analytical insight.
• Effectively communicating technical concepts to clients and project managers.

What We're Looking For:

To excel in this role, you must have:

• Proven experience in researching and evaluating ML solutions.
• A strong, product-oriented mindset with advanced problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• A genuine eagerness to learn and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• An open-minded attitude, capable of giving and receiving feedback constructively.

Contract & Compensation:

Select the contract type that suits you best: a permanent contract or a trade license. Remuneration ranges from 120 to 280 EUR/MD.
