Your Key Responsibilities 📌

• Collaborate with analysts, architects, designers, and other team members throughout product development phases, particularly during technical design preparations.
• Implement code based on technical specifications, including writing unit tests, bug fixes, and conducting code reviews and refactoring.
• Take technical ownership of selected components or modules; enhance code quality, prepare for technology upgrades, and address technical debts.
• Analyze and resolve production incidents and issues at the third level of technical support.

What You'll Need to Succeed 🛠️

• Demonstrated experience as a backend developer with strong knowledge of Java, Spring framework, RESTFUL APIs, and related technologies (minimum 2 years full-time development experience).
• Ability to produce clean, readable, and maintainable code.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and architectures.
• Capability to work effectively within an agile team environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate closely with product owners, analysts, architects, designers, and other team members.
• A pragmatic approach with the ability to manage incomplete specifications and shifting priorities. Ability to take ownership and responsibility for delivering solutions.
