Key Responsibilities:
- Review system requirements, specifications, and technical designs to provide valuable feedback.
- Develop detailed and structured test plans and test cases.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate various testing activities.
- Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source tools.
- Identify, document, and track bugs with thorough diligence.
- Conduct regression testing following bug fixes.
- Implement testing processes for both new and existing products tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to determine system requirements.
- Monitor and document debugging outcomes.
- Investigate non-conforming software issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Track and analyze quality assurance metrics like defect densities and open defect counts.
- Stay ahead by keeping informed of the latest testing tools and strategies.
What We're Looking For:
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience in software development and quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Ability to write clear and detailed test plans and cases.
- Hands-on experience with white-box and black-box testing.
- Experience with automated testing tools.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in performance and/or security testing.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows.
