Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance hospital software solutions and their modules, directly impacting medical work and research.
• Proactively analyze requirements, tackle challenges, and propose innovative solutions.
• Lead the development of complex web applications, ensuring efficient UIs and robust data structures.
• Maintain high coding standards by conducting thorough code reviews and offering constructive feedback.
• Utilize and promote best practices, design patterns, and code reusability within the team.

What We're Looking For:

Must-Haves:

• Senior level experience in web application development, with a strong command of React.js and JavaScript.
• Demonstrable ability to work autonomously, solve complex issues, and drive initiatives forward.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
• Immediate availability to join our team.

Good-to-Haves:

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, particularly in healthcare projects.
• Strong business analysis skills, aligning tech solutions with business objectives.
• In-depth knowledge of development best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.
