Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop sophisticated hospital software and related modules.
• Work independently to analyze requirements and offer innovative solutions.
• Build and expand projects in line with established coding principles.
• Lead and collaborate on the development of complex web applications.
• Focus on backend development to enhance daily operations for healthcare professionals.
• Apply and advocate for best practices in development and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide valuable feedback to maintain high-quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Haves:

• Senior-level experience in web application development.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, and related technologies.
• Ability to work autonomously and tackle complex challenges.
• Fluency in English.
• Readiness to start as soon as possible.

Good-to-Haves:

• Experience as a Technical Lead or similar role, especially in healthcare projects.
• Strong business analytics skills to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of development best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.
