Your Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure top-notch software quality.
• Identify, report, and track software defects and issues diligently.
• Conduct root cause analyses to uncover the origins of software problems.
• Implement automated testing frameworks and tools to optimize efficiency.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for reliable testing.
• Analyze test results and generate detailed reports to inform ongoing improvements.
• Test and verify the synergy of hardware and software components.
• Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability through rigorous verification.
• Foster collaboration with development teams to enhance software quality continuously.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience with open source package testing and OS virtualization.
• Strong background in HW testing and debugging.
• Expertise in defect root cause analysis and test automation.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
• In-depth knowledge of Unix-like operating systems (Linux, FreeBSD).
• Hands-on experience with CI-CD tools.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years in software testing and quality assurance roles.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
• Team spirit and proactive problem-solving skills.
