Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design and development of software solutions, guiding the team towards achieving excellence.
• Mentor and foster a high-performance culture within the development team.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical tasks using agile methodologies.
• Design scalable systems and microservices with Java, Spring Boot, and deploy them on Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS).
• Contribute to front-end development using ReactJS and ensure systems’ security and reliability.
• Build and optimize CI/CD workflows, focusing on efficiency by leveraging GitHub Actions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
• Depth of knowledge in Azure services, such as AKS and Azure Functions.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases like PostgreSQL and Oracle.
• Strong grasp of front-end technologies, particularly ReactJS.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points):

• Experience with messaging systems like Apache Kafka.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.
• Knowledge of container orchestration tools, e.g., Kubernetes.
• Understanding of security best practices.
