Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage benefits, including adjudication and enrollment or withdrawal processes.
- Input and control data within our internal system with accuracy.
- Support and prepare payroll activities to ensure seamless processing.
- Address employee, manager, and HR inquiries with confidence.
- Handle sensitive information confidentially and securely.
- Create and analyze vendor reports as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Polish and English.
- Experience Required: Proven experience in administrative tasks or customer service is essential!
- Nice to Have: Experience in HR or payroll roles is a plus.
- Tech Savvy: Solid skills in MS Excel and Word.
- International Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
Contract Details:
- Duration: 1-year contract with the possibility of extension.
