Are you fluent in Dutch and have experience in customer service? Are you interested in diving into the world of HR while working from the comfort of your home? If so, we are excited to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for employees and managers via phone, email, or chat
- Log contacts into the case management system
- Resolve queries by referring to documentation such as FAQs and standard operating procedures
- Escalate unresolved queries
- Identify gaps in the supporting documentation and help improve processes
- Generate reports
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of 41 - 43 000 CZK per month
- Fully remote or hybrid work setup with the possibility of working from Prague 8

Requirements:
- Fluent English and advanced Dutch (B2)
- Previous experience in customer service
- Strong skills in MS Excel and Word
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Pro-active and communicative personality
- Residency in the Czech Republic
