Your Role and Responsibilities

As an Information Security Specialist, you'll be an integral part of our cross-functional team, ensuring the security of our Commodity IT systems. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing security strategies and controls to meet compliance standards.
• Enhancing security measures using a "code everything" approach to minimize manual work.
• Collaborating with internal Dev and Ops units to uphold IT security best practices.
• Supporting Risk Management and Vulnerability Management processes.
• Producing technical and procedural documentation for stakeholders.
• Fostering knowledge sharing and skill transfer across teams.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you must possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the Information Security field.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, standards, PAM & IAM frameworks.
• Proficiency in Segregation of Duty and Internal Control Systems.
• Experience with DevSecOps security hardening.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Understanding of regulatory conditions in finance IT (BaIT, KRITIS, DORA, etc.).
• CISSP certification is a plus.
