Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and implement cybersecurity and business continuity standards across the region.
• Work closely with local cybersecurity and IT teams to ensure compliance and manage risks.
• Create and communicate procedures, reporting processes, and deploy permanent control plans.
• Monitor compliance failures and support countries in integrating security standards.
• Contribute to the group Cyber Security and DORA improvement programs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our security posture.

What We’re Looking For:

• Over 5 years of experience in Cyber Security.
• Proven ability in risk monitoring and analysis, and ensuring business continuity.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills to effectively drive change.
