Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build effective ETL-pipelines and integrate data from diverse sources like web-APIs and databases.
• Review and enhance current codebases, applying Python best practices using tools like Pandas.
• Analyze and resolve bugs or performance issues in existing mechanisms.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver new features.
• Conduct unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to guarantee code quality and reliability.
• Develop and maintain efficient databases and applications.
• Integrate and expand Python-based REST APIs.
• Troubleshoot and solve full-stack issues.

What We Are Looking For:

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Backend Developer, with a strong understanding of Python.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) and unit, integration, and end-to-end testing methodologies.
• Experience with relational databases like MySQL, and version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of AAA mechanisms (SSO) and security best practices.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in English; German language skills are advantageous.
