What You’ll Do

• Participate in the development of a new Risk platform with a focus on complex backend calculations and analytics.
• Utilize a cloud-native microservice architecture to refactor and replace existing critical systems.
• Develop new service-based functionalities and assist in migrating existing functionalities into modern systems.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional, agile team to deliver innovative solutions.

What We’re Looking For

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of commercial experience in Java software development.
• Proficiency in Java Spring Boot and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
• Familiarity with gRPC, Protobuf, Red Hat OpenShift, Docker, Istio Service Mesh, Redis, and PostgreSQL.
• Basic understanding of DevOps/SRE approaches for large-scale systems.
• Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices.
• Motivation to work in an agile, cross-functional team environment.
• Knowledge of financial markets (bonds, equities, interest rate swaps, futures, options).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud-native solutions on GCP, Azure, or AWS.
• Proven track record of applying Java to substantial, real-world applications.
• Experience with C++ development.
