Role & Responsibilities:

Embrace a challenging role where your skills will lead a crucial project: refactoring and transitioning an electrical transfer switch's codebase from C++ to Python—a vital system for continuous power supply in healthcare. Your responsibilities will include:

• Refactoring existing C++ code to Python.
• Developing eight new features from scratch.
• Collaborating with the development team on unit testing and adopting SAFe methodologies.
• Contributing to the potential cloud transition of the web-based application.

What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years of Python development experience.
• Proficiency with Linux platforms and HMI/GUI development.
• Experience with WebSocket, REST API frameworks, and preferably with PyZMQ/protobuf libraries.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Leadership experience in Agile software development environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CAN protocol and multithread applications.
• Aptitude for setting technical strategy and orchestration across teams.
• CI/CD pipeline and Cloud Native application development experience.
