We’re looking for a proactive Support Team Lead to strengthen our management team and help deliver high-quality support services to our German-speaking customers.
What will be your daily duties?
- Leading support teams
- Coordination of 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support teams (internal and external)
- Responsibility for keeping service level agreements
- Setting-up new services with new customers, proactive improving of internal processes and overall quality of provided services
- Regular customer contact, coordination and acting as escalation channel for customers
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
- Proficiency in English (B2+) and German (B2+) is a must.
- Reliable, stress-resistant with a customer-oriented approach and problem-solving skills.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills and an eagerness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, ideally powered by OKD/Kubernetes.
