Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and adjudicate benefits, handle enrollment and withdrawals.
- Input and oversee data in our internal system.
- Support payroll preparation and ensure smooth operations.
- Address inquiries from employees, managers, and HR representatives.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
- Prepare vendor reports efficiently.
What We Need From You:
- Fluency in English and French is essential.
- Must have previous experience in administration tasks or customer service.
- A background in HR or Payroll is a plus!
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
- Ability to thrive in an international team environment.
