Key Responsibilities
- Manage benefits including adjudication, enrollment, and withdrawal
- Input and control data accurately in our internal systems
- Support payroll preparation activities
- Provide answers to inquiries for employees, managers, and HR
- Handle sensitive information confidentially
- Prepare vendor reports
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Prior experience in administration
- Experience in HR or as a Payroll Specialist is a plus
- Strong skills in MS Excel and Word
- Ability to thrive in an international team environment
