Your Key Responsibilities:

• Incident Management: Coordinate and escalate complex technical problems to ensure quick resolution.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with specialists across various domains and engage with external vendors as necessary.
• Compliance: Ensure all incidents are managed in alignment with ITIL best practices.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Work effectively with internal customers and infrastructure teams.
• Technical Expertise: Support problem analysis and provide quick, optimal technical solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing major incidents in an IT environment.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and application systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose complex issues.
• Experience in team coordination and effective stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework or other incident management processes.
• Proficiency in English at a C1 level, both spoken and written.
