Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8 security specialists including SOC analysts, security operators, and security specialists.
• Develop and implement security strategies and SOC processes.
• Manage and contribute to the development of SIEM systems, focusing on vulnerability, incident responding, and XDR/EDR systems using primarily Microsoft tools.
• Nurture and guide your team with your experiences and knowledge—ideal candidates should be people-oriented.
• Communicate with system suppliers effectively.
• Prepare reports on attacks and vulnerabilities, contributing to preventive measures implementation.
• Utilize security knowledge across technical and operational areas, including legal, security frameworks, and technical parameters.

Essential Qualifications

• Technical education in IT, security, or cybernetics is an advantage.
• Over 3 years of experience in IT Security/Cyber Security/SOC.
• Proven experience in team leadership is mandatory.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and experience working with legal departments.
• Familiarity with SIEM systems, particularly Microsoft Sentinel, is preferred.
• Knowledge in security tools across SIEM/XDR/EDR platforms such as Sentinel, Arcight, Qualys, Splunk, Trellix, Rapid7 is an advantage.
